If your employer's reference is taking a while, we'll tell you exactly when it reached them, so you can follow up yourself. We only ever ask a reference once. We won't hound someone who didn't sign up for our emails.
Once everything's in, your deadline stops. However long our own review takes from there is on us, never counted against you.
If something's genuinely stalled, we'll say so plainly and give you a proper chance to sort it. If it still doesn't come together, you may be entitled to a partial refund.
