Pricing
A full verification check is a flat 5 credits. An identity-only check is 3 credits. Credits are valid for a year, and don't expect a surprise bill either way: a check that never completes is the only case a credit is never refunded for — if you or your tenant call it off before it's done, or the tenancy falls through afterwards, half your credits come back on the base check. The optional CCJ/IOM judgment check add-on is non-refundable once requested.
Ready2Rent is designed from the ground up to comply with the Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018. Your prospective tenant's data stays with us until they separately agree to release it to you — we are not a credit agency and never share data with third parties.
